Approval of appointment of Kathy Kearney Reaves and Ross Huntington to serve on the Emery County Care and Rehabilitation Board Approval to appoint Shawn Devereux to be an unpaid volunteer at the Huntington Airport Discussion Items Items pulled from the consent agenda Presentation by EHS Rodeo Team-Thank you and report on Nationals Presentation by Niki Allred regarding the Spirit of Service Award being launched by the 1Direction Prevention Coalition Ratification of approval of the USL Memorandum of Agreement to Participate as a Partner in the Juniper Library Consortium Discuss/Approve/Deny Emery County Commission passing a resolution amending the solar ordinance to stop all future large-scale utility solar plants that have not yet been permitted in Emery County Discuss/Approve/Deny contract for services between Emery County Landfill and Western Metals regarding the Landfill Scrap Metal Pile RFP Discuss/Approve/Deny Proclamation proclaiming September 2026 to be Suicide Prevention and Awareness Month Discuss/Approve/Deny tasking Johansen & Tuttle to put together an engineers estimate and plan for debris basin maintenance Discuss/Approve/Deny performing feasibility engineering/planning at Emery County Sheriff's Office to consider expansion in order to house additional state inmates Elected Official Reports Adjourn Any other business that may regularly come before The Board.
