- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA Coral Junction Public Infrastructure District Board of Trustees Special Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF CORAL JUNCTION PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT WILL HOLD A MEETING ON MAY 4, 2023 AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770 AT 2:15 PM A. Call to Order B. Consent Items 1. Approve the minutes of Board meeting held on February 13, 2023. 2. Approve outstanding payment applications and requisition requests made since last meeting (if any). C. Action Items 1. Consider retaining Hinton Burdick for provision of auditing services to the District, and authorize the Chair to sign multi-year engagement letter. D. Administrative Non-Action Items 1. Discuss potential release of restricted bond funds based on property acquisition. 2. Review district financial statements for EOY 2022. E. Adjourn The District complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act by providing accommodations and auxiliary communicative aids and services for all those in need of assistance.
