- NOTICE OF AGENDA Planning & Zoning Wellington City Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Wellington City will hold a regularly scheduled Planning Commission Meeting on Wednesday, August 5th, 2026, at Wellington City Hall, located at 102 N 100 W, in Wellington, Utah. Said meeting shall begin promptly at 5:30 P.M., and the agenda shall be as follows: Roll Call Approval of Minutes Carl Fox (Carrillo Towing) Andrea Bradley Fence Request Cristal Olivas (La Pasadita) Build Patio for Food Truck Ryan Madsen Business Req (Dead Horse Creek Vintage & Antique) Trevor Rauhala (off road sell of military surplus) signage & foot traffic Jacob Hardy (Dead Horse Creek) Business application.
