CITY COUNCIL MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is given that the Farmington City Council will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at City Hall 160 South Main, Farmington, Utah. A work session will be held at 6:00 pm in Conference Room 3 followed by the regular session at 7:00 pm.in the Council Chambers. If you wish to email a comment for any of the listed public hearings, you may do so to dcarlile@farmington.utah.gov WORK SESSION - 6:00 p.m. - Noise Ordinance Revisions - Development concept discussion with Ovation Homes - Discussion of regular session items upon request - Mayor Anderson & City Council Reports REGULAR SESSION - 7:00 p.m. CALL TO ORDER: - Invocation - Brett Anderson, Mayor - Pledge of Allegiance - Kristen Sherlock, Councilmember PRESENTATION: - Police Department Advancement Recognition BUSINESS: - Consider MC Green and Sons, Inc for the lower Farmington Creek Trail Project - Enactment of Moderate Income Housing Report Requirements - Resolution for the sale of UDOT parcels 2876, 2892, 2902, 2919, 2958, 2992, and 3134 right-of-way needed for the expansion of I-15 GOVERNING BODY REPORTS: - City Manager Report - Mayor Anderson & City Council Reports ADJOURN CLOSED SESSION - Minute motion adjourning to closed session, for reasons permitted by law.
