- PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING DAVIS COUNTY AUDIT COMMITTEE PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Davis County Commissioners, Farmington, Utah, will hold an Internal Audit Committee Meeting at the Davis County Administration Building, 61 South Main Street, Suite 306, Farmington, Utah, commencing at 3 pm on August 3, 2026. Some participants may join this meeting virtually. Purpose. The Committee is hereby created to promote and foster improvement in county government through financial, performance, and compliance audits throughout Davis County Government. Furthermore the committee is created to assist management with the implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive framework for internal control. AGENDA: 1. Approve Meeting Minutes: May 19, 2025 2. Review Commissioners' response to May 19 Audit Committee Meeting 3. Introduction of new Public Member Angela Lupcho 4. Fraud & Ethics Hotline Update - None 5. Limited Review of a Complaint Regarding Alleged Improper Greenbelt Property Tax Assessment (see the attached report) 6. Update on the External Risk Assessment 7. Department Risk Assessments CLOSED SESSION Motion to adjourn to closed session, if necessary, for reasons permitted under UCA 52-4-205.
