- NOTICE AND AGENDA OF A PUBLIC MEETING July 14, 2026 PUBLIC MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BEAVER COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Beaver County Commissioners of Beaver County, Utah, will hold a regular Meeting on July 14, 2026 at the place and time set forth below to consider the agenda item(s) hereinafter set forth. MEETING PLACE: Beaver County Administration Building 105 East Center Street, Beaver, Utah. MEETING TIME: 10:00 AM 10:00 AM Open Meeting Commissioner Hollingshead Call to order Commissioner Hollingshead - Prayer offered by Commissioner Wade Hollingshead. - Pledge of Allegiance led by Matt Sterzer New Business 10:05: Public Hearing- Industrial Protection Area 10:15: Approve Bills 10:20: Approve June Minutes 10:25: Short Term Rentals- Ordinance 2026-09: 9-22: Short-Term Rentals; removal of 9-13-24: SHORT-TERM VACATION RENTALS (SHORT-TERM RENTALS); 9-1-6: Definitions: Short-Term Rentals. 10:30: Ordinance 2026-10 Update: 9-13-16: Water and Sewer Requirements. 10:35: Ratify FY27 Security Contract. 10:40: Review 2026 Property Tax Rates. 10:45: Indigent Burial. 10:50: Federal Transportation Agency- Certificate of Assurance 10:55: Fire Update and Post Fire Coordination 11:15: Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Road Oil Distribution Services- Millard County 11:20: Consider Surplus Items- 2 Vehicles and 1 Piano 11:25: Q&A on Data Centers 12:00: Adjourn Meeting (To be discussed when/as time permits) - Old Business - Commission Updates Closed session for the purpose of discussing the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; discuss strategy for pending or reasonably imminent litigation, real property negotiation.
