- EUREKA CITY RECREATION COMMITTEE Friday, July 31, 2026 6:00 P.M. Eureka City Hall 15 North Church Street, Eureka, UT 84628 PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Eureka City Recreation Committee will hold a Regular Meeting at 6:00 pm, at the Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, UT 84628. The agenda for the meetings is as follows: (NOTE: The agenda may be accelerated, or the line items may be discussed in any order.) 6:00 pm Regular Meeting. 1. Review the schedule for the Tintic Silver Jubilee and assign tasks to committee members. 2. Get Raffle Details. 3. Discuss the 2 performing bands. 4. Vendor Details. 5. Car Show Details. 6. Funding. 7. Photobooth Van as a possible vendor. 8. Determine Community Social. 9. Discuss Grand Marshal Details. 10. Location for Vendors and Cornhole Event 11. Other Business. 12. Adjournment.
