- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold a Work Meeting on Monday, July 27, 2026. The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm. The meeting will be held at 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah 84628. ROLL CALL: DISCUSSION ITEMS: 1. Shay Morrison, Community Advisor. 2. Dan Fechner, City Engineer - Eureka Transportation Plan. 3. 120 Water. 4. Rural Water Fall Conference. 5. WUI Ordinance & Map. 6. Juab County EMS Relicensure. 7. Recreation Committee: A. Resignations - Jessica Nielsen, JaNeel Nielsen, (Non-Member) Travis Haynes. B. Vendor Data, Investigation. C. Parks and Memorials. 8. Review of Consent Agenda Items: A. Minutes from July 13, 2026, Council Meeting. 9. ADJOURNMENT.
