- Call to order and Roll Call. 2. Public comments on items not listed on the meeting agenda. 3. Consideration and possible action to approve the minutes of July 8, 2026, board meeting. (Exhibit 1) 4. Connector Road Update: (Exhibit 2) 5. Closed session in compliance with Utah Code ยง52-4-205(1) to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property. 6. Update with Sloan Consulting: Stephanie Sloan via Zoom. Topics for discussion include: *Market area and absorption rate *Breadth of services * Administration and operations options *Site amenities *Website suggestions 7. Finance sub-committee: Clerk, William Oshinsky and Treasurer, Will Seggos: A. Request for authorization to purchase an A.I. tool for the district at a cost of up to $2500 per year. B. Update on acquiring services of an auditor 8. The formulation of an Artificial Intelligence policy for the district is on hold pending the appointment of a new attorney for the district. 9. Suggestions for next steps while awaiting the results of the transportation study. 10. Agenda items for our August 5, 2026, meeting. A.
