Roll Call 2. Approval of Minutes A. Members will review and consider for approval the meeting minutes for the March 4, 2026, Reinvestment Advisory Committee 3. Announcements by the Staff A. Staff Updates 4. Business A. Displaced Tenant Preference Administrative Policy- Browne Sebright, Project Manager; Hayden Callaway, Project Coordinator. An Affordable Housing policy item. Committee members to provide feedback on the administrative policy goals and implementation B. Art Policy - Tracy Tran-Senior Project Manager. Committee members to consider the resolution to adopt an amendment to the CRA Art Policy. C. Commercial Assistance Programs- Hayden Callaway-Project Coordinator, Taylee Foulger-Project Coordinator, Ashley Ogden-Senior Project Manager. Committee members to provide feedback on the proposed CRA commercial priorities and activities 5.
