- NOTICE AND AGENDA OF A PUBLIC MEETING August 4, 2026 PUBLIC MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BEAVER COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Beaver County Commissioners of Beaver County, Utah, will hold a regular Meeting on August 4,2026 at the place and time set forth below to consider the agenda item(s) hereinafter set forth. MEETING PLACE: Beaver County Administration Building 105 East Center Street, Beaver, Utah. MEETING TIME: 10:00 AM 10:00 AM Open Meeting Commissioner Hollingshead Call to order Commissioner Hollingshead - Prayer offered by Brandon Yardley - Pledge of Allegiance led by Chloee Anderson New Business 10:05: Approve Bills 10:10: Approve July Minutes 10:15: Federal Funding Update 10:25: Consider Industrial Protection Ordinance -2026-08 10:30: 2027 Contract Amendment- Contract #240463 10:45: Donation Request- LiveStock Group 10:55: Data Center Discussion 11:05: Ratify Evacuation Order 11:10: Consider Public Defender Contract Addendum 11:15: Forest Service - Cottonwood Fire Update 11:30: UDOT - Cottonwood Fire Update 11:45: Army Corp of Engineers Request 12:00: Adjourn Meeting (To be discussed when/as time permits) - Old Business MOU: Emergency assistance cost sharing with Beaver City MOU: Iron county -emergency assistance (Heavy Equipment) MOU: Millard county -emergency assistance - Commission Updates Closed session for the purpose of discussing the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; discuss strategy for pending or reasonably imminent litigation, real property negotiation.
