- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Duchesne County Commissioners will meet in a combined working meeting and regular meeting on Monday, July 27, 2026, beginning at 9:00 a.m. in the Commission Chambers at the Duchesne County Administration Building at 734 N. Center Street, Duchesne, Utah, to discuss and act on the following: - Opening Comments - Pledge of Allegiance - Recognition of the 4H Livestock Judging Team State Championship - Public Works Update - Discussion & Consideration of Purchasing Shelving for the New Road Department Building - Emergency Management Update - Discussion & Consideration to Ratify the Agency Leasing Agreement with Super Com for the Probation Program - Discussion & Consideration of New Business Licenses - Discussion & Consideration of the Independent Auditor Report - Discussion & Consideration of County Volunteers - Auditors Office - Vouchers - Tax Adjustments - Deferrals - Fund 41 - Purchases - Payroll - Surplus - Consideration of Minutes of the Combined Commission Meeting held July 13, 2026 - Discussion of Possible Subjects for the Next Meeting - Commission Calendaring & Weekly Updates on Events - Closed Meeting - Strategy Sessions to Discuss: 1- The Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an Individual; 2- Collective Bargaining; 3- Pending or Reasonably Imminent Litigation; 4- The Purchase, Exchange, Sale, or Lease of Real Property; 5- Deployment of Security Personnel, Devices, or Systems; and 6- Investigate Proceedings Regarding Allegations of Criminal Misconduct - Consideration to Take Action Discussed Under Closed Meeting
