Information (5:00PM) - Utah Boating Recreation Grant/Boating Access Grant Collaboration Discussion on how the two grant programs are coordinating to maximize available funding, reduce duplication, and better support boating projects statewide. Information (5:35PM) - Administrative Rule Changes R650-215 - Personal Flotation Devices R650-205-17 - Cutler Reservoir Information (5:50PM) - Other Business - As Time Permits Updates regarding boating access closures caused by drought conditions Discussion of a possible council meeting in late September Scheduling future meetings for grant review and scoring Development of an annual meeting schedule and list of future agenda topics Adjourn - Close (6:00PM)
