- Notice of Public Hearing Hyde Park City Council will hold a public hearing on August 25, 2026, at 7:00p.m. and the Hyde Park City Building, 113 East Center. The meeting will be held in person and on YouTube. The Purpose of the hearing is the receive comments on a proposed annexation of 183.8 acres referred to as the James Family Trust annexation. A copy of the resolution and annexation petition can be obtained at the City Recorders office at 113 East Center, Hyde Park, UT or by emailing donja.w@hpcutah.gov. The public hearing was originally scheduled for May 27, 2026 and June 10, 2026.
