Acceptance of minutes from June 24, 2026, City Council and workshop 4. Approval of Agenda 5. Citizen Input: Questions and comments for Mayor & Council - Comments should be limited to not more than three (3) minutes. This is the time and place for any person who wishes to comment on non-agenda items and items that are relevant to the authority of the City Council. Items brought forward to the attention of the City Council will be turned over to staff to provide a response outside of the City Council meeting. 6. Council Business: a. Mayor/Staff/Council Reports b. NPPD Report 7. Action Items: a. Consider Ordinance 2026-12 - An Ordinance establishing a temporary land use regulation imposing a 180-day moratorium on specified landscaping and related development due to drought conditions. b. Consider options for fireworks for remainder of year. 8. Discussion Items: a. Date for business meeting 9. Adjourn
