- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA Pine View Public Infrastructure District No. 1 & 2 Board of Trustees Joint Public Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF PINE VIEW PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 & 2 WILL HOLD A JOINT MEETING ON AUGUST 13, 2026, AT 182 COTTONWOOD DRIVE, TOQUERVILLE, UTAH 84774 AT 1:00 P.M. A. Call to Order B. Public Comment C. Consent Items 1. Consider approval of the Board Meeting Minutes held on May 14, 2026, for PID 1 & 2, and June 18, 2026, for PID 1 2. Consider approval of the Quarterly Expenditures D. Action Items 1. Consider accepting the Second Quarter Financial Statements E. Administrative Non-Action Items F. Other Items From Board Members G. Adjourn The District complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act by providing accommodations and auxiliary communicative aids and services for all those in need of assistance.
