Review and Possible Approval of the Guidelines and Draft Policy Regarding Matters Related to the Gooseberry Narrows Project. 6. Update on BODEC Repairs on Slope Protection Chain Link Screens and Cleanup and Fence Repairs on Bridge across Dam. 7. Update on Progress of Formation of the Local Government Group Concerning Water Issues and Gooseberry Narrows Project. 8. Update on Upgrading Flow Measurement Device Below Scofield Dam. 9. Board Training - Duties and Functions of the River Commissioner - Derris Jones - River Commissioner. 10. Unfinished or New Business Matters. 11.
