- SPRINGVILLE PAR BOARD REGULAR AGENDA SPRINGVILLE CIVIC CENTER, MULTI-PURPOSE ROOM, 110 S. MAIN, SPRINGVILLE, UTAH July 28, 2026 - 5:45 P.M. 1. Welcome - Chairperson Kurtt Boucher 2. Excuse those not able to attend 3. Approval of PAR Board minutes 4. Recognize visitors 5. Reminder - This is a board meeting wherein board topics need to be discussed. It is not a public outreach meeting so there is no accommodation for public 'discussion' other than a public comment, unless approved by the conducting authority. 6. Public Comment period (limited to 15 minutes; 3 minutes per person or subject). No action can be taken. 7. Roundabout Standards for Landscaping and Art - Stacey and Emily 8. Public Art Updates & FY27 Priorities - Emily We will also talk about having dinner at the August meeting and ask if the PAR Board would prefer Cafe Rio, Zao, or R&R BBQ - and if they want to do the dinner before or after the formal meeting (5:45 or 7:00).
