Motion: To enter into a closed session pursuant to Utah Code ยง 52-4-205(1)(e) for a strategy session regarding the proposed sale of real property, because public discussion would disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration and/or prevent the Agency from completing the transaction on the best possible terms. Motion to end the closed session and return to the open meeting Motion to Adjourn the Combined Stansbury Recreation, Stansbury Greenbelt, and the Stansbury Service Agency Board Meeting
