- TOWN OF MANILA PLANNING AND ZONING REGULAR MEETING TOWN OF MANILA CONFERENCE ROOM 145 E HWY 43 JULY 2, 2026, AT 5:30PM AGENDA MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: PRESENT: GUESTS: EXCUSED: OPENING REMARKS: - Mayor Kathi has appointed Sara Mraz from Town Council to the Planning and Zoning board; she has replaced William Rylander. MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING: Review and approval of minutes from May 7, 2026: Regular Meeting. OLD BUSINESS: - No old business due to no meeting last month NEW BUSINESS: - Gretchen Northcott is requesting a building permit for her lot located on 77 N Main Street. SCHEDULE NEXT MEETING AND ADJOURN: NOTICE OF SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION DURING PUBLIC MEETINGS: In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting shall notify Kourtney Hawks at the Town office (435-784-3143), at least 24 hours before meeting.
