- AGENDA HUNTINGTON CITY COUNCIL MEETING June 17, 2025 Notice is hereby given that the Huntington City Council will hold its regularly scheduled council meeting June 17, 2025 at the city office building located at 20 South Main. Meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. Agenda will be as follows: 6:30 P.M. Roll Call Opening Remarks Pledge of Allegiance 1. MOTION: CONSENT AGENDA - Approval of May 19, 2026 City Council Minutes - Approval of May 12, 2026 Budget Workshop - City Claims and Review of Financials 2. Discuss/approve/deny: Business license 3. Dave Sebring - Donation for Huntington Heritage Days Celebration 4. Public Hearing: A. Open the Huntington City 2026 fiscal budget to make necessary adjustments for revenues & expenditures. B. Setting the Huntington City Fiscal Year 2027 budget 5. Discuss/approve/deny: Resolution 9-2025 Adjusting the Budget for Fiscal Year 2026 6. Discus/approve/deny: Resolution 10-2025 Adopt the 2027 Fiscal Year Budget 7. Discus/approve/deny: Resolution 11-2025 Certified Tax Rate for the Fiscal Year 2027 8. Discuss/approve/deny: Employee Wage Forms 9. Discuss/approve/deny: Resolution 7-2026 Donations & Sponsorships 10. Discuss/approve/deny: Resolution 8-2026 Annexation Application Fee 11. Zoning Administrator Report 17. Adjournment Notice Provisions: Motions relating to any of the foregoing including final action may be taken at the meeting. The order of agenda items may change to accommodate the needs of the City Council, the staff, and the public. If necessary, executive session may be held in accordance with the Utah Code 52-4-205. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above agenda was posted on the Utah Public Notice Website, the Huntington City Website and at Huntington City Hall. The public is invited to attend all city council meetings.
