ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS: A. Call to order. B. Confirm quorum, location of meeting, and posting of meeting notices. C. Prayer D. Public Comment. CONSENT AGENDA: A. Approval of Minutes from June 18, 2026 Regular Meeting of the Board (enclosure). FINANCIAL MATTERS: A. Review and consider acceptance of the unaudited June 30,2026 , Financial Statements (enclosure). B. Review and consider acceptance of the unaudited 2nd QTR 2026 Financial Statements (enclosure). SYSTEM ISSUES: A. System Update NEW BUSINESS: A. PLT Policy B. Pay Period/Pay Day, Time Sheet Policy OTHER BUSINESS: A. RWAU Fall Conference - August 30 to September 2 B. Maternity Leave Policy Discussion C. Confirm quorum for August 20, 2026. Board Meeting. ADJOURNMENT: The next regular meeting is scheduled for August 20, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. at the Upper Country Water Improvement District's office.
