- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Hanksville Town council will hold its regularly scheduled Council Meeting in conjunction with a public hearing on the 9th day of July 2026 At the Hanksville Community Center; meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: Pledge of Allegiance Prayer Roll Call Approval of Minutes from prior meetings New Business: New water connection - Morgan Stephens New sewer/water connection - Neil Rasmussen Tabled Business None Public Comment Planning Commission Report Hanksville Tourism Advisory Board Report Report of Officers: Mayor Jeffren T. Pei - Administration, public safety and town buildings Council Member Mona Wells - Cemetery and Gun Range Council Member Robert Gilner - Town roads Council Member Peter Devonshire - Water and Sewer Council Member Shyann Alvey - Parks Treasurer - Jessica Alvey Clerk - Lisa Wells Optional Closed Session may be held pursuant to UCA 52-4-205
