Closed Meeting pursuant to Utah Code ยง 52-4-205(1)(d) for a strategy session to discuss the lease of real property related to land leased by District No. 1 as public discussion of this matter would prevent the Board of Trustees of District No. 1 completing the transaction on the best possible terms.
