Engineering Report by Johansen and Tuttle Engineering Current Projects: 2026 Crack Seal Project Lawrence East Project Cottonwood Canyon Road Widening Project (Fossil Rock Project) 5. Discuss/Approve/Deny Change Orders and/or Project Advancements 6. Discuss/Approve/Deny contract between ECSSD#1 and TSJ Construction regarding the Fossil Rock Project in the amount of $294,725.00 7.Discuss/Approve/Deny contract between ECSSD#1 and Nielson Construction regarding the Lawrence Easterly Road Widening Project in the amount of $455,100.10 8. Discuss/Approve/Deny contract between ECSSD#1 and Johansen and Tuttle Engineering for engineering services regarding the Fossil Rock Project. 9. Discuss/Approve/Deny contract between ECSSD#1 and Johansen and Tuttle Engineering for engineering services regarding the Lawrence Easterly Road Widening Project 10.
