Public Comment The Board requests that you provide written notice to be heard for public comment so we can plan for the time required for this agenda item. Due to open meeting regulations, please be aware that the board will not be able to formally discuss or take action on items brought up in this meeting's public comment period. Training Topic: None Review and discussion of Annual Board Calendar Student Council Report Business Manager Monthly Report Director's Monthly Report Reports from Board Committees: Finance/Audit Policy Charter Accountability Executive Approval of the May 7th, 2026, meeting minutes. Discussion and appointment of 2026-27 officer positions: Chair Vice-chair Treasurer Secretary Discussion and approval of the updated Dress Code Policy Discussion and approval of the School Fee Policy Discussion and possible approval of the Amended and Restated By-laws Discussion and retroactive approval of the purchase of Technology Hardware Discussion and possible approval of the purchase to refinish cafeteria floor Discussion and approval of the 2025-26 SY final budget Discussion and approval of the 2026-27 SY proposed budget. Closed session, if needed. Utah Code 52-4-205(a). Any action necessary from closed session. Recap and assignment of any action items needed from this meeting Next proposed meeting is July 9th, 2026.
