- PARAGONAH TOWN PUBLIC HEARING CIB FUNDING/ REGULAR MEETING 44 NORTH 100 WEST, PARAGONAH TOWN HALL April 8, 2026 - 7:00 P.M AGENDA Pledge 1. Welcome - Dakota Veater, Mayor 2. Declaration of Conflict of Interest 3. Adopt Agenda - By Motion 4. Approve minutes of March 11, 2026 Regular Meeting and March 31, 2026 Special Meeting - By Motion 5. Open Public Hearing - Dakota Veater, Mayor 6. Receive Public Comments concerning a proposed application to the Permanent Community Impact Fund Board (CIB) for funding to support the construction of a fire access road that connects 300 East to 700 East, installing 3 culverts (Locations: Center Street, along Fire Access Road, and in the Jungman Subdivision) , as well as 2-3 inch asphalt caps for all town roads. 7. Close Public Hearing - By Motion 8. Make decision on whether or not to move forward on proposed application to the Permanent Community Impact Fund Board (CIB) for funding to support the construction of a fire access road that connects 300 East to 700 East, installing 3 culverts, as well as 2-3 inch asphalt caps for all town roads - By Motion 9. Mayor's Report - Dakota Veater a) Discuss and make decision concerning advertising for an additional full-time position for Town Maintenance Department - By Motion 10. Water Department Report - Mike Abbott 11. Power/Fire Department Reports - Travis Isaacson 12. Cemetery/Planning & Zoning Reports - Marge Cipkar a) Adopt Ordinance 26-3, An Ordinance Amending Title XV Zoning Section 153.090 Maximum Height of Fences, Walls, and Hedges - By Motion b) Discuss Subdivision Requirements - Nancy Dalton, Planning Commission Chair. c) Discuss and make decision on adding Subdivision Application Fee to fee schedule - By Motion 13. Roads/Park/Building Reports - Todd Memmott a) Discuss progress of getting water to her property - Kaylynn Robb 14. Open Discussion 15.
