- PAROWAN CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA THURSDAY, JULY 09, 2026 - 5:30 P.M. PAROWAN CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS 35 E. 100 N., PAROWAN, UT 84761 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Parowan, Utah, will hold its regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 09, 2026. The Council will meet in the Council Chambers located at 35 East 100 North, Parowan, Utah. This is a public meeting, and everyone is invited to attend. The public is also welcome to view the meeting electronically on the 'Parowan City Live Stream' YouTube channel. COUNCIL MEETING: 1. Welcome and Call to Order: Mayor Halterman 2. Opening Ceremonies: By Invitation 3. Declaration of Conflicts With or Personal Interest In any Agenda Items: City Councilmembers 4. Public Comments (3 minutes each) CONSENT AGENDA: 5. City Council Meeting Minutes from June 25, 2026 6. Warrant Register for July 09, 2026 7. Financial Statement for June 2026 ACTION AGENDA: 8. Consider Brandon Allen for Water Board Appointment 9. Consider Approval to Enter into Real Estate Purchase Contract to Purchase Parcel # A-0033-0001-0000 Using Corridor Preservation Funds 10. Consider Awarding RFQ for Six-Mile Spring Redevelopment Project WORK AGENDA: 11. Request for the Amendment of Parowan City Municipal Code 2.14.040(F)(2) - Jordan Hirschi 12.
