- Agenda Town of Leeds Town Council Wednesday, June 24, 2026 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Town of Leeds Town Council will hold a PUBLIC MEETING on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Leeds Town Hall, 218 N. Main Street, Leeds, UT 84746. If you are interested in participating remotely via Google Meets, please contact Town Hall at 435-879-2447 or email the clerk@leeds.utah.gov for Google Meets details. Regular Meeting 1. Call to Order/Roll Call 2. Invocation given by Carole Drake from St. George Catholic Church 3. Pledge of Allegiance 4. Declaration of Abstentions or Conflicts 5. Consent Agenda: a. Tonight's Agenda June 24, 2026 b. Meeting Minutes of June 10, 2026 6. Announcements: a. Fourth of July Schedule: i. 7am 5k and Fun Run ii. 9am Breakfast in the Peach Pit Pavilion iii. 10am Parade on Valley Rd. iv. 1pm-3pm Museum Ice Cream Social in the Cosmopolitan b. Fifth of July i. Community Potluck 6:30pm in the Peach Pit Pavilion 7. Public Comments: No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. (Three minutes per person.) 8. Public Hearings: Open and Amend 25-26 General Fund Budget and Finalize the 25-26 Capital Improvement Fund Budget 9. Discussion and Possible Action Items a. Open and Amend 2025-2026 General Fund Budget and Finalize the 2025-2026 Capital Improvement Budget b. Special Task Force Funding c. Transfer of Funds from General Fund to Capital Improvement Fund d. Transfer of Funds from B & C Road Fund to Roads Impact Fee Account 10. Staff Reports 11. Public Comment No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. (Three minutes per person.) 12. A Closed Session may be held pursuant to Utah Code Section 52-4-204 & 205 upon request. 13. Adjournment The Town of Leeds will provide reasonable accommodations for persons needing assistance to participate in this public meeting.
