- Agenda Town of Leeds Town Council Wednesday, July 8, 2026 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Town of Leeds Town Council will hold a PUBLIC MEETING on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Leeds Town Hall, 218 N. Main Street, Leeds, UT 84746. If you are interested in participating remotely via Google Meets, please contact Town Hall at 435-879-2447 or email the clerk@leeds.utah.gov for Google Meets details. Regular Meeting 1. Call to Order/Roll Call 2. Invocation 3. Pledge of Allegiance 4. Declaration of Abstentions or Conflicts 5. Consent Agenda: a. Tonight's Agenda July 8, 2026 b. Meeting Minutes of June 24, 2026 6. Announcements: a. Friday, July 17 @ 6:30PM Town Cookout Dinner 7. Public Comments: No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. (Three minutes per person.) 8. Public Hearings NONE 9. Discussion and Possible Action Items: a. Recommendation from Planning Commission of Conditional Use Permit for Full Throttle Dog Camp Dog Kennel. b. Recommendation from Planning Commission of Wildland Urban Interface ('WUI') Code for the Town of Leeds. 10. Staff Reports 11. Public Comment No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. (Three minutes per person.) 12. A Closed Session may be held pursuant to Utah Code Section 52-4-204 & 205 upon request. 13. Adjournment The Town of Leeds will provide reasonable accommodations for persons needing assistance to participate in this public meeting.
