- Mayfield Town Planning Commission Agenda Tuesday, March 31, 2026 7:00 PM 1. Discussion & Action Items a. Appointment of Chairman b. Review and possible approval of Annexation Petition for Vearl A. Christiansen to annex 1.84 acres of land into Mayfield Town Boundaries located at approximately 100 South 250 West c. Review of Internal & Detached Accessory Dwelling Unit Ordinances d. Unfinished business e. Approval of Minutes 2. Adjourn Notes: The Commission may vote to discuss certain matters in closed session pursuant to Utah Code annotated 52-4-5. Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. ยง 52-4-207 et. seq., Open and Public Meetings Act some of the Commission and public may appear electronically. Prior arrangements must be made by contacting the Town Clerk at least 24 hrs in advance. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons requesting accommodations for Town sponsored public meetings, service, programs, or events should call the Town Hall at 435-528-5061, giving at least 48 hours' notice. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned, duly appointed Town Recorder of Mayfield Town does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda was posted in three public places within the Mayfield Town limits.
