Discussion on whether or not to have a town BBQ to celebrate America's 250th anniversary. 8. Fire damaged property cleanup - Discussion and possible action regarding Rick Wright's property cleanup, notification to his daughter, hiring legal counsel, and hiring cleaning services. 9. Discussion and possible approval to establish an hourly rate for sprinkler repair and maintenance services. 10. Approve / Deny to amend the ordinance requiring Town Council member attendance at meetings as a condition of receiving monthly compensation. 11. Discussion and possible approval of hiring an attorney to handle matters related to land annexation. 12. Treasurer's Report. 13. Discussion and approval of any bills to be paid. 14.
