- TOWN OF STERLING COUNCIL MEETING 75 N 100 W STERLING, UT 84665 PUBLIC HEARING AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE STERLING TOWN COUNCIL WILL HOLD ITS REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING & PUBLIC HEARING ON TUESDAY JULY 07, 2026 AT 7:00 PM AT THE STERLING TOWN COMMUNITY CENTER, 75 N 100 W, STERLING, UT. Items on the agenda (which require no published notice of time) may be considered earlier than shown. Agenda shall be as follows: Welcome by Mayor Zeb Wignall, Pledge of Allegiance and Roll Call. Public Hearing Discussions/Concerns brought up by community members or council not to be voted on. Public Hearing to adopt AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE UTAH WILDLAND URBAN INTERFACE CODE; ADOPTING A WILDLAND URBAN INTERFACE AREA MAP; PROVIDING FOR REPEALER; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
