- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA Oculta Roca Public Infrastructure District No. 2 Board of Trustees Special Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF OCULTA ROCA PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 2 WILL HOLD A MEETING ON JULY 10, 2026, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770 AT 2:00 P.M. A. Call to Order B. Public Comment C. Consent Items 1. Consider approval of the Board Meeting Minutes held on April 24, 2026 D. Action Items 1. Consider approval to ratify the D.A. Davidson Engagement Agreement 2. Consider approval of the Infrastructure Acquisition and Reimbursement Agreement between the District and Developer and authorize the District Chair to sign 3. Consider approval of the Administrative Funding and Reimbursement Agreement between the District and Developer and authorize the District Chair to sign 4. Consider approval of the 2026 Tentative Budget 5. Consider approval of the MSA and SOW with CLA 6. Consider approval of Resolution 2026-04, CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF OCULTA ROCA PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 2 (THE 'ISSUER'), AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING A PRELIMINARY OFFICIAL STATEMENT AND AN OFFICIAL STATEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF THE ISSUER'S SPECIAL ASSESSMENT BONDS, SERIES 2026 (OCULTA ROCA ASSESSMENT AREA NO. 1); AUTHORIZING THE TAKING OF ALL OTHER ACTIONS NECESSARY TO THE CONSUMMATION OF THE TRANSACTIONS CONTEMPLATED BY THIS RESOLUTION; AND RELATED MATTERS. E. Administrative Non-Action Items F. Other Items From Board Members G.
