- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold a Work Meeting on Wednesday, July 1, 2026. The meeting will begin at 7:00 pm. The meeting will be held at 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah 84628. ROLL CALL: DISCUSSION ITEMS: 1. Shay Morrison, Community Advisor - State of Emergency/Emergency Procedures. 2. Emergency Declaration. 3. Executive Order by Governor Spencer Cox - Fire Restrictions/Fireworks Ban. 4. Dan Fechner, City Engineer. - Review of Transportation Plan. 5. Funding Procurement for Booster Station Reconstruction. 6. Tyler Elliott - Request for Equipment Purchase, Bagger for Lawn Mower. 7. Employee Pay. 8. Review of Employee Personnel Policy and Procedures to include Comp Time. 9. Review of Resolution Setting Certified Tax Rate. 10. Discussion on Water Restrictions. 11. Review of Consent Agenda Items: A. Minutes from June 8, 2026, Council Meeting. 12. ADJOURNMENT.
