- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Kearns Community Committee will hold a meeting on the 16th day of June 2026 to begin at 6:00 p.m., on the Second (2nd) Floor of the Element Event Center, located at 5658 Cougar Ln., Kearns, Utah 84118 as follows: **Portions of the meeting may be closed for reasons allowed by statue. Motions relating to any of the items listed below, including final action, may be taken. 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. DETERMINE QUORUM 3. PUBLIC COMMENT - Two (2) Minutes Allowed Per Person 4. PRESENTATIONS A. Venue 801 Events (Hometown Celebration)-Junior Alanis 5. CONSENT AGENDA - None at this time 6. COUNCIL BUSINESS (Discussion/Motion) A. Financial Update---Sue Willis B. Mid-Summer Celebration @ Tenacity 7/11 update---Paula Larson C. City Council Community Outreach Events D. Kearns Hometown Days Event---Discussion and Potential Action E. Kearns Community Council Bylaws-Draft---Discussion and Potential Action 7. CLOSED SESSIONS IF NEEDED AS ALLOWED PURSUANT TO UTAH CODE ยง52-4-205 A. Discussion of the character, professional competence or physical or mental health of an individual 8. ADJOURN
