- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Uintah Highlands Improvement District will hold a Regular Board Meeting on Thursday, June 18, 2026, beginning at 5:30 p.m., at the District Office, located at 2401 East 6175 South. Invocation Public Comments (Public not listed on the agenda may make comments at this time - limit 3 minutes. No motion will be made.) (1) Review minutes of March 19, 2026: (a) Board to review and approve, or correct, March minutes. (2) Unfinished business of previous meeting's discussion: (a) None (3) Review and Approval of March, April and May 2026 bills: (a) Discussion to approve March 2026 bills (b) Discussion to approve April 2026 bills (c) Discussion to approve May 2026 bills (d) Review of Billing Register Summary, YTD financials and May Balance Sheet (4) Items for Board Discussion and Consideration for Approval: (a) Rate Study presentation (5) Staff Reports: (a) Water Quality Report: Matt to brief (b) 2026 Projects: Sharon Circle progress - Osmond Dr being discussed w Contactor (c) Admin: Audit progress (d) Public Relations Discussion if any (e) Employee H/R Discussion if any (6) Possible Closed Meeting - (Concerning Pending & Threatened Litigation, Purchase or Sale of Real Property, Security, Deployment or Personnel Issues). (7) Other Items: (a) Next meeting scheduled for Aug. 20, 2026 at 5:30 pm.
