The agenda, with approximate times, will be as follows: Introductions and Consent Agenda (1:30-1:35) ACTION: Minutes of the WFRC meeting held March 26, 2026, current financial report and financial statements for February and March 2026 (at end of packet) Chair Report (1:35-1:50) Public Comment (1:50-2:05) Regional Growth Committee (RGC) (2:05-2:15) ACTION: Station Area Plan Certification Transportation Coordinating Committee (Trans Com) (2:15-2:35) Board modifications to 2026-2031 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) ACTION: Board modifications to 2026-2031 TIP ACTION: Approve Surface Transportation Program (STP), Congestion Mitigation / Air Quality (CMAQ) Program, Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP), and Carbon Reduction Program (CRP) projects for the draft 2027-2032 TIP WFRC Budget Committee (2:35-2:45) a. Public Hearing and ACTION: Approve FY27 WFRC Goals, Budget, and Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) b.
