ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS A. Call to order. B. Public Comment. C. Review and consider approval of minutes from the May 21, 2026, special board meeting (enclosure). D. Consider approval of District Board meeting schedule for fiscal year 2026-2027 (enclosure). II. FINANCIAL MATTERS A. Conduct public hearing on the operating and capital budget for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 and consider adoption of Resolution No. 2026-05 Adopting the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Budget (enclosure). III. LEGAL MATTERS IV. TRUSTEES' MATTERS V. MANAGERS' MATTERS A. Matters pertinent to the PID and associated actions/approvals. B. Discuss adjusting insurance premium to reduce general liability limits from $5M to $3M; correspondingly reducing estimated premium from $5,000 to $3,500 annually. C. Discuss annual board member training requirements www.training.auditor.utah.gov. VI. OTHER BUSINESS VII. ADJOURNMENT [This notice to be posted at the District office, published on the Utah Public Notice Website at least 7 days prior to the meeting.] CLOSED MEETING If Needed-The Board may temporarily recess the regular meeting and convene in a closed session to discuss (a) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual (b) strategy sessions to discuss collective bargaining, (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation, (d) strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, or to discuss a proposed development agreement, project proposal, or financing proposal related to the development of land owned by the state, (e) strategy sessions to discuss the sale of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, (f) discussion regarding deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems, (g) investigative proceedings regarding allegations of criminal misconduct as provided in Utah Code ยง 52-4-205 The district complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act by providing reasonable accommodations for those in need of assistance.
