- PAROWAN CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA THURSDAY, JUNE 25, 2026 - 5:30 P.M. PAROWAN CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS - 35 E. 100 N., PAROWAN, UT 84761 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Parowan, Utah, will hold its regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 25, 2026. The Council will meet in the Council Chambers located at 35 East 100 North, Parowan, Utah. This is a public meeting, and everyone is invited to attend. The public is also welcome to view the meeting electronically on the 'Parowan City Live Stream' YouTube channel. COUNCIL MEETING: 1. Welcome and Call to Order: Mayor Halterman 2. Opening Ceremonies: By Invitation 3. Declaration of Conflicts With or Personal Interest In any Agenda Items: City Councilmembers 4. Public Comments (3 minutes each) PRESENTATION: 5. Amendments to the FY2026 Budget PUBLIC HEARINGS: 6. Consider Adoption of the Fiscal Year 2026 Amended Budget CONSENT AGENDA: 7. City Council Meeting Minutes from June 11, 2026 8. Warrant Register for June 25, 2026 ACTION AGENDA: 9. Consider Adoption of the FY2026 Amended Budget 10. Discussion and Consideration of Fee Schedule for Pool and City Rec WORK AGENDA: 11. Report on Parowan Art Program: Steve Decker 12. Discussion Regarding Speeding Issues and Possible Solutions 13. Reports, Updates, Old Business Follow Up: Elected Officials and Staff 14. Closed Session: The Council may consider a motion to move into a closed session for specific purposes allowed under the Open and Public Meetings Act (Utah Code ยง 52-4-205), including discussions of the character, professional competence, or physical/mental health of an individual; strategy sessions to discuss collective bargaining; strategy sessions to discuss pending or imminent litigation; strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, lease, or sale of real property, including any form of a water right or water share; discussions regarding deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems; and for attorney-client communications (Utah Code section 78B-1-137); or any other lawful purpose. 15.
