- NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE WASHINGTON COUNTY RAP ADVISORY BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Washington County Recreation, Arts, and Parks (RAP) Disbursement Advisory Board, in St. George, Utah will hold an Regular Meeting in the 3rd Floor Training Room 312, 111 EAST TABERNACLE, ST. GEORGE, UTAH, commencing at 12:00 P.M. on TUESDAY, JUNE 23, 2026 1. Welcome 2. Approval of Minutes: December 2, 2025 3. Open and Public Meeting Training 4. 2027 Application / Financial Worksheet Review & Update 5. Future Meeting Schedule / Timeline 6.
