Public Hearing Review, Discussion, and Possible Adoption: Resolution No. 2026-3; 2025-2026 Fiscal Year Budget Amendment 5. Work Session: Review & Discussion of Updated Coalville City Annexation Policy Plan 6. Updates: A. Community Development B. Public Works C. Engineering D. Legal E. Mayor F. Council 7. Review and Possible Approval: Accounts Payable dated June 22, 2026 8. Approval of Minutes: City Council Meeting June 8, 2026 9. Closed Session: Possible motion to enter a closed session for the purchase, exchange, or lease of property; pending or reasonably imminent litigation; the character, professional competence, or the physical or mental health of an individual; or the deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems. 10.
