Trust Lands Funds in Action by Marla Kennedy, Director of Communications, Trust Lands Administration 5. Public Comment Period Trust Lands welcomes comments from the county advisory committee, the public, and other interested parties. The Board has allotted 15 minutes for public comments. Each presenter is permitted one opportunity to speak and may provide remarks for up to three (3) minutes. Members of the public participating electronically who wish to comment should use the 'Raise Hand' feature during the Zoom meeting. The board meeting's public comment portion is not intended for question and answer discussion. Trust Lands staff are available for dialogue outside of Board meetings. 7.
