- ANNABELLA PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annabella Planning Commission will hold a meeting on Monday, June 22nd, 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Annabella Town Council chambers located at 295 East 300 North, Annabella, Utah. Chairman Kent Poulson conducting. The agenda shall be as follows: (Note: The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.) I. Planning Commission Meeting A. Roll call B. Approval of minutes II. Appointments Tyson Hansen and Rick Porter (representing Michael and Bonnie Engebritson) to discuss a possible lot split at 95 West Center Street, Parcel 2-N9-34 III. Business Review and discuss Engebritson lot split application Review of current conditional use permits Review building permit applications Other business IV. Adjourn. I hereby certify that the foregoing notice and agenda was posted at the Annabella Town Office, website annabella.utah.gov, posted on the Utah Public Notice website and sent to each member of the Annabella Planning Commission.
