- HIGHLAND ARTS COUNCIL MISSION STATEMENT: OUR PURPOSE IS TO PROMOTE AND PROVIDE ENRICHMENT FOR ALL THE ARTS FOR ALL AGES IN OUR COMMUNITY CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL: Shauna Larson (Chairman) KeriLynn Lenhart Ellen Burns Elaine Roundy Linda Littlefield Sarah Petersen (City Council Rep) Kelly Gummow Carol Hadlock Phoebe Hall APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES CHAIRMAN ISSUES: Upcoming Events and Highland Fling update. DISCUSSION ITEMS: 1. Approval of Meeting Minutes 2. Director Reports a. Children's Choir - KeriLynn, b. Art Classes and Art Show - Shauna c. Youth Theatre, Regular Theatre Update, and Shakespeare - Ellen and Jordana d. Craft Fair, Art Club, and Graphics - Linda e. City Requests - Sarah f. Ideas for Art Show for Next Year - Elaine g. Website and Social Media Update - Phoebe h. Easter Event - Carol and Shauna i. Quilting - Elaine and Carol Next Board Meeting: April 5, 2023 at 6 pm at the Community Center Building ADJOURNMENT: In accordance with Americans with Disabilities Act, Highland City will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting. Requests for assistance can be made by contacting the City Recorder at (801) 772-4505 at least three days in advance of the meeting. ELECTRONIC PARTICIPATION Members of the Board may participate electronically during this meeting.
