- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Davis County Commissioners, Farmington, Utah, will hold an Internal Audit Committee Meeting at the Davis County Administration Building, 61 South Main Street, Suite 306, Farmington, Utah, commencing at 3 pm on May 19, 2026. Some participants may join this meeting virtually. Purpose. The Committee is hereby created to promote and foster improvement in county government through financial, performance, and compliance audits throughout Davis County Government. Furthermore the committee is created to assist management with the implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive framework for internal control. AGENDA: 1. Approve Meeting Minutes: February 2, 2025 2. Review Commissioners' response to February 2nd Audit Committee Meeting 3. Fraud & Ethics Hotline Update 4. Report - petition process 5. Outsourcing the annual risk assessment 6. Audits in progress: Tax Collection Fund Reconciliation 7. Recognition of Service Award - Tracy Probert CLOSED SESSION Motion to adjourn to closed session, if necessary, for reasons permitted under UCA 52-4-205.
