Phil Millett - Discuss Cyber Security options for Wellsville City Water System that is currently being funded through the State of Utah 9. Marianne Riener - Discuss Sign Ordinance for Wellsville City 10. Scott Wells - Discuss Ordinance change for sheds in front yards. 11. Give public statement on the Tax Increase that is being proposed for 2026/2027 budget year. This Tax increase will exceed the certified tax rate and will be approximately a $ 4060 tax revenue increase. This will be approximately 1.12% increase. The Public Hearing being held on August 19, 2026 to discuss this reasons for the Tax increase. 12. Scott Wells - Discuss 3rd Quarter Financials for March 2026. 13. Department reports 14.
