- The North Logan Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, May 4, 2023 in the City Council Chambers (meeting room) at the North Logan Library, 475 East 2500 North, North Logan, Utah beginning at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will also be made available through the following link: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLiZ99g67CZg1lT4V7yDNkw Opening Business: * Roll Call, Welcome, and Opening Ceremony * Adoption of agenda * Approve minutes of previous Planning Commission meeting * Follow-up on issues from previous meetings Regular Commission Business: 1. Election of a Planning Commission Vice Chair for the remainder of 2023. 2. CUP-2023-01: Additional discussion and action regarding a request for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a Detached Accessory Dwelling Unit at 3270 N 1875 E. The discussion is intended to establish specific written findings of fact and conclusions of law within the public record to supplement the Commission's action made on 02/02/2023 regarding this conditional use permit request. Commission Work Session: 3. ZTA-2023-03 - Work session regarding potential amendments to the City's Conditional Use Permit and Accessory Dwelling Unit (Attached & Detached) ordinances. 4. Staff Recap: Lessons learned from 2023 National American Planning Association (APA) conference. Staff Business: * Staff Business/Discussion. * Planning Commissioner Business/Discussion. * Set Next Agenda (5/18/2023) and/or Adjourn.
