- AGENDA HUNTINGTON MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORITY PUBLIC HEARING/MEETING June 18, 2025 Notice is hereby given that the Huntington City Council will hold the Huntington Municipal Building Authority meeting and Public Hearing on June 18, 2025. Meeting will start immediately following the regular City Council meeting which starts at 6:30 p.m. and the Community Reinvestment meeting. Meetings will be held at the city office building located at 20 South Main. Agenda will be as follows: 1. Roll Call 2. MOTION: Approval of June 18, 2024 MBA Minutes 3. PUBLIC HEARING: To open and make Adjustments to the FY 2025 and Setting the FY 2026 Budget 4. MOTION: Resolution 7-2025 Adjusting the MBA 2025 Budget 5. MOTION: Resolution 8-2025 Setting the Fiscal year MBA 2026 Budget Adjournment Notice Provisions: Motions relating to any of the foregoing including final action may be taken at the meeting. The order of agenda items may change to accommodate the needs of the City Council, the staff, and the public. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda were posted in three public places within the Huntington City limits. These public places being: 1) Huntington City Hall, 2) Utah Public Notice Website, 3) www.huntingtonut.com The public is invited to attend all city council meetings. If you need special accommodation to participate in the meeting, please notify Jenene Hansen, City Recorder, (435) 687-2436, at least 3 working days prior to the meeting.
