- Public Hearing Leamington Town Notice is hereby given that the Leamington Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, June 17th, 2026, at 6:00 PM at the Leamington Town Hall, located at 61 W Main St., Leamington, UT 84638 The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input and discuss the following items: Fiscal year 2026 budget adjustments. Review and Discussion Public comments/questions Proposed budget for the 2027 fiscal year. Review and Discussion Public comments/questions Adjustments Town Council Meeting Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Leamington Town Council will hold its town council meeting on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, immediately following the Public Hearing at the Leamington Town Hall, located at 61 W Main St., Leamington, UT 84638 The agenda order will be as follows: Call to order/roll call Review and approval of bills Review & vote to approve May meeting minutes Budget Fiscal year 2026 budget adjustments: Discussion Vote to Approve Resolution 2026-06-01: salaries and wages for town officers and employees Review and Discussion Adjustments Vote to Approve Water Service Rate and Fees Change Proposals 1, revised 2, and 3 Review and Discussion Vote to Approve Proposal 1, or revised 2 and 3 Title 4 Amendment: Section 4.7.1, Fee Schedule changes Review and Discussion Adjustments Vote to Adopt Auditor's Certified Tax Rate & Revenue Discussion Vote to Adopt Proposed budget for the 2027 fiscal year Discussion Vote to Adopt Council reports as follows: Mayor Lovell - Administration John Pruitt - Town Hall & Parks Drey Oppenheimer - Water, Planning & Zoning Tyler Christensen - Cemetery & Roads Marcia Pack - Fire Department Staff Reporting Clerk Ashlee Echols Omit for Time Treasurer Brittney Nielson Omit for Time Water System Operator Monthly Water Usage Reporting (Spring & Well rates) Town Worker/Sexton Road Chip & Seal Estimate Juniper Heights status New Business SCADA and Meter Installations Outstanding Business (discuss as required) Water projects status Town hall remodel status Maintenance building project status Road Naming and Road Signs status Website Development Status Division of Water Rights Site Visit Miscellaneous Discussion Public Comments Adjournment
